Most purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Tea O'Clock strives to provide exceptional customer service and the perfect shopping experience for each and every order. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return or exchange any items in new and unused condition with original undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase. Other than for defective products, returns outside the timeframe set out above may be accepted at the sole discretion of Tea O Clock. All returned items must be sent to Sinacco, Level 18, Equatorial Plaza, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.

It takes our warehouse 1-2 weeks to receive and process your refund. We'll send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

Yes, but only if you show proof of damaged packaging or justify it is a wrong order 24 hours upon item arrival. To counter this problem, please ensure you have a video or clear images of the said item.
